If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Wrapped in the original packaging.
- Faulty. Only faulty goods are eligible to exchange or complete refund.
Before asking for the refund within 14 calendar days, please get in contact with us and provide via email:
- The receipt or the gift receipt if the item happens to be a present.
- The card you paid with.
- Picture of the product damaged or proof of the fault.
Please remember that after the 14 calendar days you won’t be entitled to get the full refund. After this period has passed, you can only get in contact with us and ask for a repair or a replacement. It will be the Company’s discretion to decide which solution would fit each single case.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). It will take at most 14 days to send the money back, depending on your card issuer’s policies..
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
